Located in the historic Mission District of San Antonio, Windsor Mission Oaks is a 138-bed skilled nursing facility that is both Medicare and Medicaid certified. We are a highly specialized facility providing care for geriatric patients with a need for dementia, Alzheimers, or other psychiatric services. Staffed by compassionate, specially trained professionals, we offer an abundance of opportunities to enhance each resident's day to day living experience. We offer skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, as well as services for residential care patients. Our activities program is an integral part of our care at Windsor Mission Oaks, and they provide a large array of daily activities for our residents, including shopping outings, Bingo, Mariachi performances, a Mothers Day brunch, and a Fathers Day fishing experience where our residents get to fish in a stocked pond we bring to our facility.
