Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers, Inc., or its affiliate, Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Inc., is independently contracted by the respective facility owners to serve as the managing agent for the applicable facility. All personnel employed at each facility are employees of the respective facilities. Each facility is an independently licensed and certified nursing facility and Medicare/Medicaid Provider.
