Facilities

Dr. Chudleigh, a native of Houston, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin .He received his medical degree from The University of Arkansas in Little Rock, Arkansas, and did his residency at Scott & White in Temple, Texas. He was an emergency room physician in Killeen and then went into family practice at the Fayette Medical Center.

He is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Travis County Medical Society, the American Academy of General Physicians of which he is a charter member and past president, and the American Medical Directors Association.

In his spare time he enjoys skiing, singing in his church choir and spending time with his family.

Dr. Gupta is a graduate of Maulana Azad Medical College Delhi University, Delhi, India, (one of top five in India). He did his internship at Lutheran Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, and his residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston.

He is board-certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association as well as the Texas Medical Association.

In addition to his private practice and his work at Elgin Golden Years, he is a preceptor for the UT Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and Family Nurse Practitioner programs and is the immediate past chief of staff of Smithville Regional Hospital.
