Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 150-bed licensed nursing facility which includes 18 secured beds, that provides around the clock professional nursing care, comprehensive rehabilitation services, daily activities and clean, comfortable rooms. Our facility emphasizes physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies to promote strength and independence, which is why many of our residents have been able to return home to a better quality of life. We offer wound care, I.V. therapy, tacheotomy care and education, colostomy care and education, as well as diabetic education.

Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center prides itself on meeting the physical and social needs of the residents which is why community and family members are included in the overall care of our residents. Some of our amenities include, private and semi-private rooms, a spacious therapy area, a beauty/barber salon, whirlpool, large dining room, Wander Guard Security System, and a secure unit.

We're located at 524 Village Road in Port Lavaca, Texas. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and private pay.
