Southbrooke Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed licensed, skilled nursing facility that provides around the clock professional nursing care, comprehensive rehabilitation services, daily activities and clean, comfortable rooms. Our facility emphasizes physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies to promote strength and independence which is why many of our residents have been able to return home to a better quality of life. We offer wound care, tracheotomy care and education, colostomy care and education, as well as diabetic education.

Southbrooke Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center prides itself in meeting the physical and social needs of each residents and our facility involves the community and family members in the overall care of our residents.

Some of our amenities include private and semi-private rooms, a spacious therapy area, beauty/barber salon, whirlpool, large dining room, and a Wander Guard Security System.
